Emily Dyer is a functional potter with a sensibility for finely structured forms. Unique decorative patterns set her work apart. Emily's work has an excellent craftsmanship and an integrity while also imparting a soothing feeling that compels the viewer to interact with it. Her bowls, mugs, trays, and other items are simultaneously delightful and comforting; both to look at and to use. Emily Dyer Pottery has continued to enhance her collector's homes, tables and daily rituals for many years. Emily has a BA in Studio Art from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, where she first fell in love with clay. She has been participating in art shows and festivals since 2001 and has now gathered artists she respects to join her in this new artist studio/gallery.
